Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for the CMPND mobile application (the "App"), operated by CMPND Technologies Ltd ("CMPND", "we", "us" or "our").

Free download

The App is free to download and includes free features. Some features and content are available only through a paid subscription ("Subscription").

How subscriptions are billed

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, not directly by CMPND. The price, billing period and what your plan includes are shown to you before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period, and deleting the App does not cancel a Subscription.

Refunds

Because Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, all refund requests are handled by them under their own refund policies, not by CMPND:

  • Apple (App Store): request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google (Google Play): request a refund through the Google Play Store or at play.google.com.

We are not able to process refunds directly for in-app purchases, as we do not receive or control your payment details. This does not affect any non-excludable statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. Once a trial converts to a paid Subscription, the refund process above applies.
